Inside Dhaka

• Expected delivery time: 2–3 working days

• Delivery charge: ৳70

• Delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, courier delays, or public holidays.

Outside Dhaka

• Expected delivery time: 3–5 working days

• Delivery charge: ৳150

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email from our support team. Miro Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or incomplete customer information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person upon receiving the order. Exchange requests must be made within the specified exchange period if:

• The product received is damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

• The product has manufacturing defects

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for exchange eligibility.
