We offer an Open-Box Delivery option for online purchases, allowing customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery before accepting it.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Return Policy

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included
Return requests must be made within the applicable return period
Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for return.

Exchange Policy
Miro Lifestyle offers an easy exchange facility within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must remain unused and in original condition
Original invoice, tags, and packaging must be intact
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability
Exchange Conditions
Products can be exchanged for items of equal or higher value
If the new product value is higher, the customer must pay the additional amount
If exchanging for a lower-value product, the remaining balance may be adjusted with another product or kept as store credit for future purchases

Refund Policy
If payment has been made in advance and the order is approved for return, refunds will be processed after our team inspects the returned item.
Refund timelines:
Mobile Financial Services (MFS): 15–20 working days
Bank/Card Payments: 20–25 working days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

If the issue occurs due to an error from Miro Lifestyle — such as wrong product, damaged item, or defective product — we will provide FREE return, exchange, or refund service.
For all other cases, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
